This makes enough for 2 lbs worth of beef. I like to use a combination of ground beef and chuck roast for my chili.

You can also use this seasoning for other dishes besides chili.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Mexican oregano
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a glass spice jar, small plastic/glass container, or a zipper food storage bag.
