This makes enough for 2 lbs worth of beef. I like to use a combination of ground beef and chuck roast for my chili.
You can also use this seasoning for other dishes besides chili.

Makes enough for 2 lbs of beef.
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Mexican oregano
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 ⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a glass spice jar, small plastic/glass container, or a zipper food storage bag.
