Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Fresh Hatch Green Chiles or similar pepper
  • 10 oz Asparagus chopped in 1" pieces
  • 1 8 oz pkg Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add peppers to butter and sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and asparagus. Cook until asparagus is crisp tender. About 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add spices and lime juice. Mix well. Serve warm.
