Add apple cider vinegar to water. This helps to leach the good stuff from the bones!
Line sieve (mesh strainer) with cheese cloth and strain broth into another large pot or bowl.

I decided to not add the nutritional information because it would not be accurate since the spices and aromatics are removed and not eaten. Also, it's hard to know how much of the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients are present from batch to batch.
